Our Companywide Commitment to Your Privacy

The Scout To Hunt, LLC (“Scout To Hunt,” “our,” “we,” , “brand”, or “us”) team recognizes the significance and morality of privacy, and respects it accordingly. To make sure your personal information is secure, we strongly communicate our privacy and security guidelines to our employees and strictly enforce privacy safeguards within our company.

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you when you visit Scouttohunt.com, use the Scout To Hunt App, or use our other products and services that include an authorized link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes (i) our Privacy Philosophy (ii) Privacy of User-created Map Objects (iii) how we use the information we collect, (iv) what information is shared and with whom we share it, (v) how we protect it, and (vi) the choices we offer you regarding our collection and use of such information.

We are constantly seeking the most effective administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not access or use any part of the Services.

Our philosophy on user privacy is straightforward. For our users to have the optimal experience that we persistently seek to design and create within the Scout To Hunt App, trust must be the foundation upon which we build. Any design or development that deviates, diverges, or is in disparity with this fundamental principle is abandoned. Preserving your privacy is innate to trust.

Scout To Hunt does not sell any data of any kind, nor has the intention ever to do so. Selling user data is the antithesis of our Privacy Philosophy.

When you use or access the Scout To Hunt mobile and web apps (“App”), you create a secured and private account to which user-created map objects, a type of private location information, are attributed (See Location Information below).

User-created map objects and any directly associated information with a map object are deliberately and definitively made not visible to Scout To Hunt. According to our Privacy Philosophy, this inherently private information is intentionally designed to remain private to the attributed user account.

User-created map objects include: Location Markers, GPS Tracks, Distance Measures, HuntReady Offline Maps etc., which you create in your private account within the App.

Voluntarily Shared Data with Other Users

Some of our Services allow you to communicate and connect directly with other Scout To Hunt App users to share your map objects while on- and offline. This is a voluntary action you can make within the App as to whether to communicate with or share this information with another Scout To Hunt App user. If shared, some Personal Information will also be shared to allow you to find and link to other Scout To Hunt users with whom you are voluntarily sharing map objects.
